Tapak Ibu: Phase-1
Befriending our Supermoms' community
They may have very little to give, but that has not stopped them from sharing space, ideas, wi-fi and food.
We were pleasantly surprised to know that the community here share whatever resources they manage to get and salvage and guide each other in exercise regimes using the very equipments salvaged.
In fact, Rizwan (not his real name) the little boy seen in one of these pictures - although may be a bit hampered in his ability to speak due to a speech delay, was seen ruminating in this shared space during one of our visits there .
What more can we do to empower ‘Rizwan’ and those around him? How can this communal living be a positive example for others to emulate, and for ‘Rizwan’ to be able to find his voice?
